1. Can I place an order? Will Vision Store deliver the package?
Yes, you can continue to order. Some delivery times are longer than usual. Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. workplaces).

2. Why are some items taking longer to ship or not in stock? Why have some prices increased?
As COVID-19 has spread, we've seen an increase in people shopping online. This increased demand has resulted in some of our delivery times being longer than usual.
Our international suppliers are also having difficulty in obtaining stock and also in shipping to Australia due to airfreight cancellations. Additionally all international ships need to quarantine for 14 days prior to unloading freight into customs clearance.
Our inventory team are working tirelessly to maintain product availability in these challenging times and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Unfortunately a combination of the decline in the Australian dollar against international currency and the increases in international freight costs are impacting some of our Recommended Retail Prices at this time.
3. Free Shipping
Vision Store has introduced free shipping on all purchases online and via phone sales for the duration COVID-19 pandemic to support our community at this time.
From April 2, all purchases made online will include free shipping. This offer is for standard shipping only.
We also have a product returns policy where you can return your items up to 30 days from date of purchase, if they don't suit your needs.
Please note, we are unable to apply free shipping or the returns policy to sales through National Disability Insurance Scheme packages, Department of Veteran Affairs or similar.

5. What is Vision Store doing to keep customers and employees safe?
Vision Store and our external warehouse are maintaining appropriate care in the staff and packaging of our products meeting all government standards in care.
6. Is it possible to reduce contact with drivers when they deliver my orders?
Yes. Vision Store delivery partners including Australia Post have ceased contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back. This will mean that your delivery is made without you signing, so please maintain awareness of deliveries when you have placed an order with us.
