Vision Store is committed to a high standard of service so we aim for short delivery turnarounds wherever possible. We endeavour to dispatch orders received during standard business hours on the next business day (subject to availability). For the majority of deliveries, we use Australia Post, Parcel Post or Blind Post.
Delivery should be within 5-10 working days to allow for Australia Post delivery times. If you have not received your delivery within 10 days of your order please contact our National Contact Centre on 1300 84 74 66, or email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a ticket.
Only Parcel Post is trackable and may require a signature on delivery. In the event where a signature is required, a delivery address must be provided where someone will be available to receive the parcel. If no one is available to receive your parcel, you will be left with a card.
For orders to be delivered within Australia, a flat rate shipping charge will apply.
The cost of delivery of Vision Australia products or merchandise purchased by you will be calculated at the time the product is ordered, and will be incorporated into the final price of the product.
When we send your products, the package will include a 'dispatch note' with the details of the contents. It is really important to check this against the actual contents of the package and alert us immediately (within 7 working days) of receiving the order about any discrepancies.
