After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided an email address). Once your items are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email containing the tracking number which you can use to check the status of your delivery via the Auspost website.
For the majority of deliveries, we use Australia Post, Parcel Post or Blind Post. Please note that for special orders the delivery can take up to six weeks and this is stated in the product details, where relevant or advised if a product is on back order with one of our international suppliers. Tracking number for special order items can be obtained by sending us a request.
Vision Australia endeavours to deliver any goods, services, or merchandise ordered within 5 to 10 business days, from confirmation of your order. If the goods are not received within this time, please contact us on 1300 84 74 66 to notify us of the delay and ensure that the purchase has been processed.
